Jacqueline Jossa, 26, lost an impressive stone and a half just 11 weeks after having a baby.
The actress has two daughters, Mia and Ella, and revealed how after her second pregnancy she decided to shed some excess weight.
Jacqueline wrote to her Instagram fans, of which she has 1.4 million, about how she lost the weight.
The soap star, who is married to TOWIE hung Dan Osborne, said: “Before I had Mia in between Ella and Mia I was the biggest I have ever been.
“Then I got pregnant and so I decided that I wanted to change as soon as I had Mia I thought I’m not going to let myself go.
“I thought I really want to get back to a comfortable weight where I feel good where I feel confident.
“And I’m still on my journey but I’m already feeling so much better I’ve lost a stone and a half.
“I do feel comfortable and I maybe want to lose a little bit more and I want to tone up as well. But I just feel so much better.”

She now shares her weight loss journey on a special Instagram account, Jacsmumtum.
Here she shares recipes for healthy meals including pancakes with fruit or chicken with veg.
She said to her followers: “I am happy I have lost weight but more importantly I have regained my positive mind set and I have rebuilt my confidence.”
The mum is clearly much more confident, as showed the actress posing in her underwear.
She’s not the only soap star to lose a lot of weight.

Coronation Street’s Tina O’Brien’s weight loss of three stone saw the actress attain her pre-baby body.
Tina put on 42lbs during her pregnancy with daughter Scarlett, who she gave birth to in October 2008.
She told Closer: “It serves me right because I thought, ‘I’m naturally slim – it will just drop off!’ But it really didn’t!
“When I first had Scarlett I did absolutely nothing. I didn’t want to be running round the block with a week-old baby!”
However, the actress soon hired a personal trainer to help her slim down.
