Compared to the other state women’s cricket teams in the country, the Hyderabadi team is doing wonders. The main reason for this is that the female players are fit. Trainers often conduct training camps to train their physical fitness from time to time. Three or four times a year, camps are held in the women’s cricket academy in JKC in Guntur and supporting the team’s best performance. The sports team said that the team has played a major role in improving the performance of the recently-concluded Tea 20 competition.
AmDhar Cricket Academy Adoor .. In 2010, the Andhra Cricket Association organized Women’s Cricket Academy in Guntur. There are training camps here, especially for team teams across the country, in association with the BCCI along with the Andhra team. They are very useful to enhance physical harmony along with their play. Tea players’ fitness is now preferred with 20 matches being played. Fitness plays a major role in running over in limited overs and running without tiring between wickets. The academy was given nationwide recognition in the context of fitness, batting and fielding skills. The trained athletes here offer an impressive performance in international matches, with interest from other states.
Divided into two categories …
Fine professionals are conducting morning and evening classes every year under the leadership of Srinivas Reddy, the head coach of women’s academy. Training is divided into two categories. One of the exercises designed to enhance physical strength and ability. Running to increase efficiency, practice in yoga etc. are essential. Fitness classes are very useful for batting and fielding. Conditioning: Players perform a variety of exercises to stay tired when they are on the field all day.
Endurance: All day running and fielding are required to run for about 20 minutes to keep them active, so as not to get wet. Because of this they do not get tired quickly.
Speed Endurance: Mainly the bowlers will last for 30 seconds after fast bowling. The next ball will have to be repeated. While training is required, players will be 30, 20 meters rushing and 30 seconds break after 30 minutes.
Speed: This training is used to speed up the batsmen to run faster between the wickets and speed up the direction of field driving.
Strengthing: Strength is very important for the player to play the ball faster than the ball or the ball. That’s why they are superbabadi, lower body and jim. For the power, turn the bat, tighten it, gim it up.
