Dilli / Santacruz: Royal Enfield, which produces expensive bikes, has released two new motorcycle models internationally. The Continental Giant 650 was priced at $ 5,799 (about Rs 4,21,558), while the Interceptor INT model was priced at $ 6,749 (about Rs 4,90,618). Twin cylinder engines were set up in these two models. Royal Enfield said it will start selling in major markets including India, America, Britain and Europe from the beginning of next year. “These are the first Royal Enfield bikes designed and developed for international markets. They will contribute to the Royal Enfield international brand, “Royal Enfield CEO Siddhartha Lal said. They will be manufactured from the Oragadam plant in Chennai, Chennai. Lal also said that bikes will be available in India by the end of the year. The company did not disclose details of the development of these two new models. Lal revealed that Royal Enfield customers want big bikes and new bikes will meet their demand. In 2010, the company’s sales were about 50,000. In 2017, the number increased to 820,000.
